No beach in Thailand is designated for nudity, including on Ko Samet, Ko Lipe, Phuket and Ko Pha Ngan, whatever older online lists claim.
Topless Sunbathing

The Andaman coast (Phuket, Krabi, Ko Lanta, Ko Lipe) is at its best from about November to April.
